MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
1. Filters
4. Pour air filter cleaner into a bucket.
Put filters in to soak.
5. While the filters soak, clean inside
the air injection valve.
6. Rinse filters with warm water until
all cleaning solution disappears,
then let filters dry completely.
N N O O T T E E : :
If air filters are still dirty, replace them
with new ones.
7. When finished, properly reinstall
removed parts in the reverse order
of their removal.

1. Whenever you suspect that water
has entered the CVT cover, drain
the CVT housing by removing the
drain tube.

There is no dipstick provided with this
vehicle, the gear box oil level cannot
be checked.
The only way to ensure the level is
correct is to drain gearbox and refill it
with the specified quantity of the rec-
ommended gearbox oil.

1. Place the vehicle on a level
surface.
2. Remove the drive chain protector.

3. Clean fill and drain plug areas.
4. Remove gearbox fill plug and
washer.
5. Place a drain pan under the gear-
box drain plug area then remove
the drain plug.
