Chapter 1: Phone Overview This guide covers using 9500 Series telephones on an Avaya IP Office telephone system. The 9504 and 9508 phones are supported on IP Office systems only. They are physically and functionally the same as their 9400 Series equivalents but are not supported on other Avaya telephone systems.
