- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/4 STEP 3 Attach Side Frame (D) to unit with Head Cap Bolts, Spring Washers and Flat Washers. Attach Stretcher (J) to unit with Head Cap Bolts, Spring Washers and Flat Washers. Attach Side Frame (E) to unit with Head Cap Bolts, Spring Washers and Flat Washers.
