ASSEMBLY
Warning DO NOT OPERATE THIS TOOL UNTIL YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE
INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
THE MACHINE MUST BE SWITCHED OFF AND UNPLUGGED DURING ASSEMBLY
Diamond wheel:
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Place the diamond wheel on the arbour and then the nut.
3. Insert the screw and tighten with the provided wrench.
4. You can use a face spanner wrench (not provided with this model) to keep the diamond wheel from turning.
5. To remove the wheel, unscrew the screw with the wrench.
Hex Wrench
Telescopic tube

Insert the tube in the hole situated in the rear of the tool

Adjust the size following the operation to do

Lock the tube by turning the locking knob.
Vacuum cleaner hose:
1. Plug the vacuum cleaner hose bayonet connector into the swivel connector in the back of the machine. Once
the tangs of the bayonet connector are fully inserted in the slots, hold the swivel connector from turning and
turn the hose bayonet connector clockwise to lock.
2. Do the opposite operation to disassemble the hose.
Vacuum cleaner
Ensure that you have a bag installed in your vacuum cleaner which is approved and rated for fine dust.
Plug the vacuum cleaner with the end of the hose. Make sure that it is well installed.
In case that the connector is not suitable with your model of vacuum cleaner, please contact our service client.
WARNING: Failure to use an approved dust bag in your vacuum will increase the level of airborne dust in
the work area. Prolonged exposure to such dust may cause respiratory harm.
MOUNTING THE BAIL HANDLE:
1. Loosen the thumb screw and remove the clamp cap.
2. Place the handle in the desired position on the column.
3. Clamp the handle in place by replacing the clamp cap and tighten the screw.
