Cutting accessory contacting a "live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool "live" and could give the operator an electric shock. k) Position the cord clear of the spinning accessory.

Delta pad The tool is provided with: - A set of sandpaper (round sanding paper + delta sanding paper) (see below for the characteristics) - 1 screwdriver and 1 Hex key - 1 tube and adaptors for the connection to a collector dust - Clips to attach the supply cord on the flexible tube NOTE: The collector dust/dust bag is no provided with this model.
  • Page 10 3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS a. Selection of the sandpaper The drywall sander is equipped with 6 pcs of sanding paper (80/100/120/150/180/240). This abrasive is suitable for most applications. 120 and 240 abrasive discs are available for works requiring a smoother finish. According to the material and grinding effect, choose the appropriate sandpaper.
  • Page 11 d. Connection to the dust collecting bag It is recommended to connect a dust collection device to the machine. Make this connection as shown in the picture below. You can attach the supply cord on the tube by using the provided clips. NOTE: The collector dust/dust bag is no provided with this model.

    Starting and stopping Make sure that the power supply voltage is the same as that indicated on the sander's nameplate and that the selector switch is off. Connect the sander to the power supply. To start the sander, press its switch to ON (I). Press this switch to turn the machine OFF (O).

Turn the lock nut counter clockwise to loosen, pull the hose to Locking nut the correct length and then turn the lock nut clockwise to lock.

    4. MAINTENANCE If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary, this has to be done by the manufacturer or his agent in order to avoid a safety hazard. Tools should always be clean, clean up debris and dust. Always change the oil (gearbox, bearings) for proper operation. Always check the power cord, plugs, switches to make sure the tools are faultless.

    7. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.

    8. PRODUCT FAILURE WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN? If you bought your product in a store: a) Empty the fuel tank. b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case, the repairer will refuse the machine.
