37. See Note. In the ARM shelf, replace the VTU/LIU that corresponds with the
affected customer service (DLP-529).
NOTE:
There is no fixed mapping between VTUs or LIUs and MDCs in a TR303
system.
38. Do you have customer service?
If YES, STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, continue with Step 39.
39. In the ARM shelf, replace the BMP that corresponds with the affected
customer service (DLP-528).
40. Do you have customer service?
If YES, STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, continue with Step 41.
41. In the ARM shelf, replace the TSI that corresponds with the affected customer
service (DLP-528).
42. Do you have customer service?
If YES, STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, continue with Step 43.
43. If you still cannot clear the trouble, use the appropriate drawings to check the
wiring between the access resource manager (ARM) assembly and the MDS.
If no wiring trouble is found, you may need to replace the MDS assembly. Use
your local company procedures for technical assistance.
STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
44. Is ISDN telephone setup correctly?
If YES, proceed to Step 46.
If NO, continue with Step 45.
45. Refer to the ISDN telephone user's manual and set the telephone options
correctly.
STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
