AUA293 BRITE III installation and maintenance procedures can
be found in Document 363-205-106 or 363-205-107,
respectively).

FiberReach NBS?
If YES, then proceed to DLP-617.
If NO, then continue with Step 16.
16. Install AUA94 U-DSL channel unit(s) in RT or MSDT.

18. Update records per local practice.
The MSDT has channel slot restrictions for ISDN
channel units. The AUA90 cannot be installed in
MSDT channel unit slot 2 or 5. The AUA93 or
AUA293 cannot be installed in slot 2 or 5 when
optioned for 2B+D ISDN service.
The AUA93 and AUA293 has option switches which
must be set to provide service when installed in an
MSDT, and the host SLC -2000 RT is equipped with
R4.1 or earlier. Beginning with SLC -2000 R4.2,
provisioning is accomplished by means of the CIT
and the physical option switches are ignored.
The AUA94 channel unit can be installed in an R4.0
or later RT or MSDT.
The SPQ 494 channel unit can be installed in an
R4.1 or later RT only.
