[3] If the serial port data length exceeds this value, the data will be divided into two data
packets. If this function is not needed, users usually only need to set this value to 1000
bytes (default). This value is restricted by the network protocol.

The RTU device uploads its I/O information, Modbus RTU/TCP device I/O information and
GPS information to the RTU Center.
