The heat pump is disabled due to a dis-

Possible causes/remedial measures

The heat sink on the inverter board has
come loose. Initiate service call
Condenser problem, starting current too
high. Initiate service call

Check the plug of the heat pump module
for complete connection to the electric
module, check the cabling for possible
damage (at the plug)

Probe defective. Replace probe. Initiate
service call
Probe not correctly plugged into circuit
board. Initiate service call
Ventilation module plug not plugged in

damage/correct connection to the electric
module. Initiate service call
Ventilation module not used. Insert venti-
lation module or deactivate ventilation
