Understanding Account Permissions
Account permissions require usernames and passwords. The following are the user and
password requirements as well as permission levels definition.

• Length of 4 to 20 characters, lowercase only (a to z),
numbers are allowed and underscores "_" and minus "-".
• Usernames cannot contain the word "admin".
• Length of 8 to 12 characters, upper and lowercase are
permitted.
• The password must contain a letter, number and special
character (@, $, !, %, *, ?, &).
• Only the administrator account can change passwords.
