Right click on desktop and select NEW and then SHORTCUT:
Select NEXT and FINISH. Vista will create an icon on your desktop.
Right click and Run as Administrator.
When you get the box below, type: NET LOCALGROUP "POWER
USERS" /ADD. Once it states command completed successfully,
open the software again and you will be fine.
