TIMETRAX QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION
REQUIREMENTS: QUICKBOOKS PRO OR HIGHER. U.S. VERSIONS ONLY.
STEPS REQUIRED PRIOR TO INTEGRATION
STEP 1
IMPORTANT: Before You Integrate TimeTrax with QuickBooks,
regardless of the scenario, you must:
• Log into QuickBooks as "Administrator" and
• Confirm that QuickBooks is in "Single User Mode".
Click on the "File" menu and verify that "Switch to Multi-user Mode" is dis-
played. This indicates that QuickBooks is in "Single User Mode".
STEP 2
• Select PREFERENCES from the QuickBooks EDIT menu:
TIME & ATTENDANCE SYSTEM
QuickBooks is in "Single User"
mode.
Select PREFERENCES.
