Radial clearance (2) between points of the rotor:
0.08 mm (0.003 in)
Radial clearance (3) between rotor 1 and the pump
body: 0.04 mm (0.0015 in)
Radial clearance (3) between rotor 2 and the pump
body: 0.05 mm (0.0019 in)
Installing
•
Refit the oil pump proceeding in re-
verse order of disassembly. Pay atten-
tion to the direction of the rotor, the dot
should stay on the opposite part of the
resting face.
