•
Check that the tapered pin does not
show signs of wear on the damped pin
sealing surface and the return spring.
•
Replace the pin if it is worn.
•
Check that the float is not worn on the
pin housing or on the plate in contact
with the pin and that there are no fuel
leaks on the carburettor.
•
Replace it in case of anomalies.
•
Fit the float together with the pin and
tapered pin in its position and lock it
with the specific screw.
NOTE
FIT THE RETURN SPRING ON THE FLOAT PLATE ADE-
QUATELY.
•
Fit the spring, the new O-ring, the cover
and the pump piston onto the float
chamber.
