Remote Loopback Test
This test allows you to test the local DTE, the local MultiDSU64K,
the communications link, and the remote MultiDSU64K. Use the
following steps to perform the Remote Loopback Test.
1.
Set DIP-Switch #10 on the local MultiDSU64K to the UP
position.
2.
The front panel Test (TM) LED lights, and if you send data from
the local DTE, it should be looped back to the local DTE. If you
have access to a Bit Error Rate Tester, this can be used in place
of the local DTE.
