2.2.1 Single UPS Operations

2.2.1.1 Power-On

Prerequisites
The checking before power-on is complete.
Procedure
Step 1 Switch on the mains AC input circuit breaker K1 of the UPS. When the mains is
normal, the UPS works in bypass mode. The SL terminal outputs bypass voltage,
and the PL terminal has no voltage output.
Step 2 After the UPS runs stably in normal mode for 5 minutes, observe the running
indicator on the front panel of each battery module. If the indicator is off, go to
step 3.
Step 3 Press and hold the activate button on the front panel of each battery module for
5s to 10s. After the running indicator turns on, release the activate button to
power on the lithium batteries.

2.2.1.2 Initial Startup

When the mains is abnormal, the bypass output is disabled. As a result, the UPS SL terminal
has no output voltage.
