    External Battery Strings Scenario 1 1. The UPS2000-G-15KRTL/20KRTL can connect to an external battery string (40 batteries in the standard configuration, and an even number of 32 to 40 batteries are supported). The neutral wire is connected to the middle point of the battery string. For example, if there are 40 batteries, the neutral wire is connected to the negative terminal of the twentieth battery.

Check that parallel cables are properly connected and that the output voltages of all UPSs in the parallel system are consistent.

Check that the input voltage is normal.
