This command is used to change the user programmable data in a proprietary track message. If a proprietary track
session is not in progress, it is ACK'd but will do nothing.

0x35 = Initiate proprietary dock mode track.
Interval in minutes between the track points. 2 to
65535 minutes. (A setting of 2 actually results in a 2.5
minute interval, any other value results in an interval
of that many minutes).
