Lift Features

Pivoting Hooks
The AP-450 Ceiling lift has hooks that can be turned upwards for storage and transport. The
hooks must always be in the "DOWN" position when performing a lift. (Figure 5).

Tilt Control
The AP-450 is equipped with a tilt sensor that activates once the lift tilts past a certain angle,
restricting upward movement until the lift is adjusted. Tilt should be avoided as much as possible
during the lifting/transferring process.

Front Cover Membrane
Along with the hand control, the lift can be controlled with the membrane on the front cover of
the lift. The membrane includes Up/Down and Emergency Down buttons, as well as the indicator
light.
