If the audible/visual preventive maintenance alert sounds, complete the
Preventive Maintenance Form before resetting the lift counter. Instructions to
reset the lift counter are detailed in the AP-450 Service/Spare Parts Manual.

The following table highlights AP-450's Essential Performance Parameters, with their subsequent testing
method and frequency. If your AP-450 does not meet the following criteria, contact your local Handicare
authorized dealer for service.
Performance Criteria
