Introduction
This document is intended to be a guide for installing Streamline NX SDK application on the Li-
MF1. Because Li-MF is an OEM device from Lexmark, a different SDK application has been
released for the device. The installation procedure and differences from the standard version are
explained below.
Procedure
Installation and configuration of Streamline NX SDK application can be performed using Li-MF1's
web interface, which is similar to RICOH device's Web Image Monitor. It is impossible to perform
batch installation or configuration using Streamline NX Administration Manager.
Functional Differences
Only Authentication and Accounting Manager and Secure Print Manager are supported. Scan and
Fax Manager is not supported. The list of functional difference is attached to the Administrator's
guide.
NOTE: As a workaround for using the Li-MF1 with Scan and Fax Manager for distribution is to use
the Li-MF1's Send To Folder function and Scan and Fax Manager's Hot Folder Plug-in.
Application File
The released application file uses the .fls extension used by Lexmark SDK. There are 2 files for the
2 supported applications (AA Manager and SP Manager).
Note: This document assumes that all Li-MF1 device setup has been finished and the device is
connected to the network via TCP/IP.
