Wrong jobs will only be delivered to a user who uses the same device as the correct user.
Target conditions
- The first user operates "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder" and communication between
GSNX/SFM-S and the GSNX SDK application/SFM-E suddenly fails for some reason.
- The second user logs in to the same MFP and operates "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder" two or
more times within five minutes of the first user operating "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder".
Cause:
GSNX / SLNX bug.
Permanent fix:
GlobalScan NX Server Edition v2.3.2 (Released in February 2015.)
Streamline NX v2.4.0 (Planned for release in March 2015.)
