-RG cannot output the report when an unregistered user code is sent. This typically occurs
when the AAM-S database is re-installed and existing user codes are flushed.
-Wording and layout correction for RG functions/UIs.
-RG specifies incorrect default timestamp for "Scheduled once" report.
-RG exported HTML format report does not contain chart image.
