-If the DN includes the "&" character, the user will fail to access the project configured in
the ACL function.
-If the customer uses a capital letter in the FQDN domain name, if a user
selects an SFM project on the device panel, authentication for the SFM project will fail.
-If a user operates "Send to Me" or "Send to Home Folder", if another user operates the
same project on the same MFP, there is a possibility that the second user's job(s) will
be delivered to the first user's email address.
-When SFM-S performs the Kerberos authentication process for multiple jobs at the
same time, the Send To Folder process will fail.
-An error message was displayed when opening the device list screen via the secondary
delivery server's AdminTool.
Authentication and Accounting Manager:
-PIN codes are not included in exported .csv files.
-In the case of Kerberos authentication and round-robin environments, authentication
may fail.
-For LPs (12A or earlier models), AAM-E cannot register AAM-S extend field information
(Extension 1-10), cost center and department to accounting logs.

Secure Print Manager:
- DB access has been sped up by data refactoring, causing error message 452 to be
displayed when the DB load becomes too high.

- If access failed when attempting to send print data, the jobs remained in the DB with
a"Jobstatus=2" status.
-When there are multiple SPM-S installations, duplicate job deletion logs are registered
automatically by each server.
Client Tool:
- The print data storage location has been changed to the system data folder specified
when installing the Client Tool.
Default path: C:\Program Files\Ricoh\DesktopAgent\data.
Report Generator:
-When using IE11 on a server OS, if the "IE Enhanced Security Configuration" setting is
"On", when changing to the login screen from the admin screen, a "about:blank" warning
will be displayed.
-When displaying a list of reports by category for each date, the categories will not be
sorted.
-The vocabulary used in parts of the RG user interface has been improved.
-When the AAM DB and RG DB are synchronized, the extended fields require case
sensitivity.
-When the AAM DB and RG DB are synchronized, the user does not require sysadmin
privileges.
-If the name of the data path used for installing RG was too long, it was not possible to log
in to RG.
- An RG UI configuration option has been revised in "Connection setup to AAM database /
ADM database" as follows:
"Use same Instance as RG (If not checked, Linked Server will be created)"
-In the RG UI, the term "10,000" was changed to "10000" in the "Maximum lines in a report"
setting because the configuration failed to recognize "10,000".
- If there was an attempt to send a created report to an email address but the email
settings were not configured, an error message was not displayed.
