Streamline NX v1.3.1.0:

Update Device's JavaVM before installation. If the device's Java VM is v10.01.06, Java VM
update should be performed via Remote Installation Manager or the UpdateTool, not SLNX
Administration Manager.
DETAIL:
Streamline NX Administration Manager's Java VM distribution causes an invalid stack size
configuration on the device if Java VM 10.01.06 is installed on the 11A models. This results in
Streamline NX SDK application distribution failure.
Workaround (either):
1. Configure the device's Java VM stack size to 256 KB BEFORE Java VM distribution.
2. (If the problem occurs) Configure the device's Java VM stack size to 256KB, then reboot the
device.
NOTE: Java VM updates using the Remote Install Manager or UpdateTool are NOT affected. If
Java VM is v10.03.01 or later is installed, SLNX Administration Manager's Java VM distribution
works fine.
3. 11A models don't reply to network requests for SDK applications.
Occurrence Condition:
If a SDK application has a Web UI, it cannot be accessed from a web browser once the device
enters STR mode. Also, remote configuration from the administration tool is impossible. This is
known to affect:
- SLNX synchronization from the AdminTool.
Workaround (either):
- Disable STR mode.
- Retry the operation (as the first network request to the SDK application wakes the device up
from STR mode, the second attempt will succeed).
