delivery service as "Running. If delivery Service Status is "Suspended", click the "Switch Delivery
Service Status".
Note: This user must have admin authority.
11. Confirm if the "Option.properties" file includes the following text:
"Scan¥ To¥ Me¥ Patch=1.0.0.0"
