Solution
Ensure the Jar Lid is fitted
correctly and locked in place.
Ensure the Jar is seated
correctly into the base.
Ensure the Jar is seated

connection pins under the Jar are
not bent or broken
Decrease the volume of the
food in the jar. Cut the food into
smaller pieces and re-start the
machine.
Add food in the jar, or add more
food.
Stop and let the appliance
cool down before restarting. Refer
to the "Speed" heading in this
manual for usage times and cool
down periods.
