Filter time constant (FILT TIME) (4.1.3.)

The time constant for the damping filter. The engineering unit is always in seconds. (This is
an exponential filter: when a change occurs at the input, the output will be at 63.2% of the
change in one time constant, and will be at full change after 5 time constants.)

Used to select between the different level block outputs: Level, or Distance. For an
