Wi-Fi Settings
Connect to Wi-Fi Network
Users can connect wirelessly to a network using Wi-Fi under GAC2570 Web GUI → Network Settings →
Wi-Fi Settings. In order to connect to a network using Wi-Fi, please, refer to the following steps:
1. Go to GAC2570 Web GUI → Network Settings → Wi-Fi Settings → Wi-Fi Basics.
2. Enable Wi-Fi Function by turning the option on.
Assigns the priority value of the Layer 2 QoS packets for Ethernet.
The Default value is 0.
Configures the appropriate network settings on the device. Users could
select from "Auto-configured" or "Statically configured".
Configures the Preferred DNS Server.
Enter the static IPv6 address in "Statically configured" IPv6 address type.
The static gateway when static IPv6 is used.
Enter the IPv6 prefix length in "Statically configured" IPv6 address type.
Default is 64.
Configures the primary DNS IP address.
Configures the secondary DNS IP address.
Enables and selects the 802.1x mode for the device. The supported 802.1x
modes are: EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS and EAP-PEAP.
The default setting is "Disable".
Enters the identity information for the selected 802.1x mode.
(This setting will be displayed only if 802.1 X mode is enabled).
Enters the secret for the 802.1x mode. This option will appear when 802.1x
mode is EAP-MD5 or EAP-PEAP.
Uploads the CA Certificate file to the device. (This setting will be displayed
only if the 802.1 X mode is enabled)
Loads the Client Certificate file to the device. (This setting will be displayed
only if the 802.1 X TLS mode is enabled)
Loads the private key file to the device. (This setting will be displayed only
if the 802.1 X TLS mode is enabled)
