How to focus the vision screener
Start screening and insure that both of the student's eyes are centered on the screen. Slowly move the
Spot Screener forward and back on the tripod platform until the display screen turns from blue to gray,
indicating you approaching the capture range. Continue to slowly move the Spot Screener forward and
back with smaller movements until the spinning wheel appears with a gray screen, indicating you are in
the capture range. A blue screen indicates that you are too far from or too close to the subject and the
screen will alert you if you are too far or too close. Hold the device steady until the screening process is
complete.
