To decrease the speed of mouse movement for Quantum part number 3 (Q-Logic 3), follow these steps:

1. Push the Home Screen button.
2. Move the joystick right to access the Environmental Functions screen.
3. Use the joystick up or down to navigate to "Mouse Connections".
4. When "Mouse Connections" is highlighted, push the joystick right to enter its settings.
5. Adjust settings as needed to modify mouse speed.

Note: Specific speed adjustment options are not detailed, but they are likely within the "Mouse Connections" settings.
