TOTAL SANITIZATION OF THE APPLIANCE: It is good practice (essential in high-risk conditions) to sanitise the appliance
completely every month at the latest in order to avoid possible bacterial contamination of the appliance. For this operation, we
recommend that you ask for the intervention of qualified technical personnel equipped for this purpose, contacting your retailer
or authorised service centre. If the device has not been used for a longer period of time (e.g. if it has been switched off for one
or more weeks, e.g. during holidays) or if the BWT Bewapure HQ® filter cartridge has been replaced, it is obligatory to carry out
the periodic sanitisation following the procedures below:

BWT-ALLSIL 2,5 Fontesana is a product specially designed for the disinfection and sanitation of water and systems. BWT-ALLSIL
which is subsequently dispensed and as a final result enriches the water with oxygen, improving its quality and eliminating any
micro-organisms present. Chlorine-based products with distinctive odours and fragrances are not recommended for sanitising
the appliance, as they make drinking water unpalatable and unpleasant and, if used at different concentrations, would cause the
daily chlorine intake levels to be exceeded.
NOTE: Where there is a high risk of pollution, it is advisable to contact your dealer or authorised service centre.

CAUSES
Main water tap closed
Crushed or choked water supply con -
nection pipe
Frozen water in the coil
Lack of power supply
Clogged filter
Fully closed compensator
Low inlet water pressure
Check the position of the thermostat
The rear ventilation grille may be clog -
ged with dust.
Perimeter and rear ventilation is insuf -
ficient.
Refrigeration unit refrigerant discharge

sconnect the power supply plug

REMEDIES
Open the shut-off valve
Check the route of the drinking water supply

Check that the plug is inserted correctly into
