Safe Mode — This notification appears when the device is in safe mode. This means
the device is using the default configuration, due to a startup error.
9770 Fault — When there is an Iridium 9770 fault, such as hardware self-test failure,
temperature fault, or RF power protection fault, the 9770 Fault notification appears.
