Enables Phonebook XML download via HTTP, HTTPS, or TFTP. Default is "Disabled"
Enter The username for the HTTP/HTTPS server.
Enter The password for the HTTP/HTTPS server.
Configures the server path to download XML phonebook file. This field could be IP address or
URL, with up to 256 characters.
Configures the phonebook download interval (in minutes). If set to 0, automatic download will be
disabled. Valid range is 5 to 720.
● If set to "Clear all", the phone will delete all previous records before downloading the new
records.
● If set to "Keep Local Contacts", manually added local contacts will not be deleted when
downloading new records.
Default is "No"
● If set to "Replace by name", records of the same name will be replaced automatically when
downloading new records.
● If set to "Replace by number", records of the same number will be replaced automatically when
downloading new records.
Default is "No"
● When set to "Replace", the existing groups will be completely replaced by imported one.
● When set to "Append", the imported groups will be appended to the current one.
Default is "No"
Configures to sort phonebook based on the selection of first name, last name or auto:
● If you select "Last name", the contact's last name will be displayed first, and the phone book will
be sorted by last name
● if you select "First name", the contact's first name will be displayed first, and the phone book
will be sorted by first name
● If you select "Auto", the contact will be displayed based on whether the contact contains
Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters. If there are these characters, the contact's last name
will be displayed first.

Upload XML Phonebook file to the phone.
Configures the default phonebook search mode:
● Quick Match
● Exact Match
Default is "Quick Match"
