Operations - TN3270E SETUP: MISC SETTINGS > Skip Blank Page (IDB Option 32)
This SCS Options > MISC Settings option controls whether or not
blank pages are printed. With this option enabled, pages containing
only a CR, NL, LF or FF are skipped.
