After Setting value was written into Exclusive data area, Input signal is ON, while
confirmed Request flag 1 Output signal went OFF, it goes OFF.
After Command was written into General purpose data area, Input signal is ON, while
confirmed Request flag 2 Output signal went OFF, it goes OFF.
When Request flag 2 response signal goes ON, the R/W response signal goes the same
status as R/W Output signal.
The signal is reversed between ON and OFF at approx. 1 second interval in Normal
operation.
WORK comparing by F372A/F377A is indicated. (4bit: 0 to 15)
Decimal place is indicated. (3bit: 0 to 4)
ON signal output according to comparison condition of HH.
ON signal output according to comparison condition of HI.
ON signal output while all comparison conditions (HH, HI, LO and LL) are OFF.
