SERVICE EVERY 50 HOURS
2. Set the parking brake and stop the engine.
3. Shift the range-gear-shift-lever to the neutral [N]
position.
4. Check whether the speed-control-pedal is in the
neutral position.
5. Shift the PTO-clutch-lever to the off

1. Start the engine.
2. Depress the speed-control-pedal.
3. Stand up.
Do not get off the machine.
4. Make sure that the engine shuts off after
approximately 1 second.
5. If the engine does not stop, consult your local
KUBOTA Dealer.
Test of switches for the operator's seat and the PTO
clutch lever
1. Start the engine.
2. Engage the PTO-clutch-lever.
3. Stand up.
Do not get off the machine.
4. Make sure that the engine shuts off after
approximately 1 second.
5. If the engine does not stop, consult your local
KUBOTA Dealer.

4. Checking the wheel bolt torque

WARNING
To avoid serious injury or death:
• Never operate the tractor with a loose rim,
wheel, or axle.
• Any time bolts are loosened, retighten to the
specified torque.
• Check all bolts frequently and keep them tight.
1. Check the wheel bolts regularly especially when
new.
2. If they are loose, tighten them as follows.
BX1880, BX2380, BX2680
position.
