 Initiate a ramp Start. If problems are encountered consult the training troubleshooting
guide, if neessary contact the factory for suggestions to the parameter settings. Have the
Commissioning Form PDF filled out and send it to the factory e-mail address.
Whenever the motor has been started and run, if even for a portion of startup, allow 15
minutes for the RC snubber capacitors on the power poles to discharge before opening either
medium-voltage cell. A tic tracer will not register a DC decaying voltage.
 With site permission, initiate and observe at least three loaded Starts. Bother ramp
Starting and Decel Stopping fill up the motor electronic overload thermal bucket. Time
between Starts needs to be considered before initiating a new loaded Start to avoid
nuisance FCODE 5 Overload alarms/faults. Fill in the remaining Commissioning Report
Form information from a metering perspective along with any comments.
 Forward a copy of the Commissioning Report Form, marked prints of any circuit
changes, and the settings of the RVSS and MPR to the factory. The RVSS settings are
the .eXML export file of the C445 using PX inControl software.
 If site operations permit, capture pictures of the motor, motor nameplate, load, and
RVSS installation and forward a copy to the factory.
