Transmitting Results to the Host
SA and UA results are transmitted to the Host in two ways:
• If the Auto Send option is enabled in the Host configurations, the VETSCAN SA will
transmit the result to the Host when the result is saved to the SA's database at the end of a
sample run. The result will not be transmitted to the Host until the result is saved to the SA
Database. This rule applies to Retest workflows also.
• Results can be transmitted to the Host from the SA Database by selecting the result and
clicking the Send button.
Once bidirectional communication with a Host is enabled, results in the Database will display the
most resent transmission status of a result.
