SA Device Network Configurations
Click the Options button under Tools menu and click Network and then Device
The VETSCAN SA has two completely functional network ports located on the back of the SA
analyzer. Either port can be used to connect the VETSCAN SA to a network. In the SA Network
Device configuration Adapter dropdown, the network ports are referred to as Upper NW Port
and Lower NW Port to correspond with their physical location on the back of the analyzer.
The VETSCAN SA offers both DHCP (dynamic) addressing and Static addressing capabilities.
The SA will default to DHCP the first time it is connected to a network.
