    Operation Set the Bun Thickness Adjustment Controls (Figure 3). Butter Wheel and Pan NOTE: The McDonald’s “Gold Standard” for toasting is the deciding factor on the finished product, not the Bun Thickness setting. NOTE: The default Bun Thickness settings are 2 for Crown Front and 2 for Heel Rear, but settings are adjustable from 1-6.
