Make Car Seat Flush
Against Vehicle Seat
You MUST use the upright
red
position.
Push the car seat so that it will
make the back of the car seat
as flush against the vehicle
seat back as possible.
NOTE: If your vehicle
seat has a headrest that
interferes with achieving a
flush car seat fit, check your
vehicle owner's manual to see
if it can be removed, adjusted,
or if there are other possible
seating locations to place the
car seat.
Locate & Loosely Attach
Top Tether Hook to Top
Tether Anchors in Vehicle
The locations of the tether
anchors vary by vehicle.
Review your vehicle owner's
manual for locations and how
to route the tether strap when
there are vehicle headrests.

Undo All Headrest Pad
Fasteners
Lift Up Headrest Pad
to Reveal the Forward-
Facing Belt Path
Pull the torso pad flap to the
side as shown to locate the
Forward-Facing Belt
