The lower green LED indicates LINK established when continuously on, and data transfer (activity)
when blinking. If the lower green LED is permanently off, no LINK is established. The upper
green/yellow dual-LED signals the link speed 1Gbit/s when lit yellow, 100Mbit/s when lit green, and
10Mbit/s when off.
