Checking Lost Jobs (Lost Jobs Report)

This report is printed when transmission data stored in the memory is lost, for
example, when the machine is turned off.

Description
Shows the managing job number used by this
machine.
Shows the start date of the job.
Shows the scheduled time for this job
Shows the type of data that was lost ("Send").
Shows the recipient name or fax number.
Shows the recipient name if one-touch dial keys or
speed dial numbers were used in the transmission.
Shows the fax number if the number was entered
directly or if one-touch dial keys or speed dial num-
bers with no recipient name registered were used.
"00:00" appears. If the machine was turned off dur-
ing transmission, "--:--" appears.
Shows the total number of pages stored.
"Lost job" appears.
