Disconnect the transfer line / sample
lines from the sample tube inside the
cabinet.
Disconnect the heater, temperature
sensor, and flow sensor cables.
Remove the bracket split pin and
hinge pin holding the sample tube in
place. The sample tube can now be
withdrawn. The white PTFE bush is a
fairly loose fit and care should be
taken to avoid mislaying it.
Remove the flow sensor PCB
assembly.
The sealing surface at the tip of the
tube can be easily cleaned / inspected
now. Further cleaning can be carried
out as per the instructions below. It is
advisable to remove the capillary
before any such cleaning.
