Name
Description
Time and Date
The time and date are displayed on the left side of the status bar and at the center
of the Idle screen.
Site Name
The site name of the system.
Status Icon
The status icons are displayed in the center of the status bar.
IP
LAN: X.X.X.X: indicates the system has obtained an IP address.
Network disconnected: indicates the system does not connect to a network
cable, and you need check the network cable.
255.255.255.255: indicates the system fails to obtain an IP address. Check the
connection between the VCS endpoint and the DHCP server, or configure a
static IP address for the system.
Register
Generally, your system administrator will pre-configure the related account

information for the phone. If not, contact your system administrator.
The registered account is displayed on the right side of the Home page, tap the
desired account to go to the Dial page.
Dial/New
Go to the Dialing screen.
Meeting
Join Meeting
Enter the conference ID and password to join conferences.
Conference
When you register a Yealink Cloud account or a YMS account, you can view the
Schedule
conference schedule.
Presentation
Start or finish presentation.
Mute the microphone, enable DND, and enable Auto Answer.
Adjust the brightness.
