Probable causes
The radiators are cold. The heating setpoint tem­
perature is too low.
The heating mode is deac­
tivated.
The radiator valves are
closed.
The heat pump is not op­
erating.
The water pressure is too
low (< 1 bar).

Description
System water flow warning active
Invalid or missing device serial number
Missing Cascade controller
A warning code signals that the optimal operating conditions are not
fulfilled. The system continues to operate safely, but there is a risk of
shutdown if the situation continues to deteriorate.
If the situation improves, the warning code may disappear spontaneously.
When one of the codes below is displayed continuously, contact the
professional responsible for maintenance of the heat pump.
Description
Outside temperature sensor is either removed or measures a
temperature below range
Outside temperature sensor is either shorted or measures a
temperature above range
Outside temperature sensor was expected but not detected
Object Dictionary Error:
Uncritical device has been disconnected:
Measure of Room Temperature Zone A is missing
Measure of Room Temperature Zone B is missing
Measure of Room Temperature Zone C is missing
Domestic Hot Water temperature sensor top zone DHW is
missing
Temperature sensor Zone DHW is missing
Domestic Hot Water temperature sensor Zone AUX is missing
Corrections
Increase the value of the room temperature setpoint or, if a room unit is
connected, increase the temperature on it.
Activate the heating mode.
Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system.
Check that the heat pump is switched on.
Check the fuses and switches on the electrical installation.
Top up the system with water.
