3. Thread the new nozzle (26b) onto the extension
using an open-end, adjustable wrench and tighten
firmly.
NOTE: Tighten the nozzle with the wrench only on the
flats of the nozzle bushing. Do not disassemble the
bushing from the nozzle, it will affect the performance
of the nozzle.

4. Open all of the dispense position shut off valves (B)
ans start the pump to pressurize the system. See

• To ensure dispensing accuracy, purge all of the air
from the fluid lines and dispense valve before use.
• Set the system to flow at the desired flow rate,
typically 1.5 gpm (5.7 l/m). Do not exceed a 5 gpm
(18.9 l/m) flow rate.
