CALIBRAZIONE DELLO STRUMENTO
ATTENZIONE
Questa procedura viene riportata a titolo di documentazione, ma deve
essere eseguita solo da Centri di Taratura autorizzati, in caso di effettiva
necessità.
AEP transducers declina ogni responsabilità relativamente ad errori di
misura o malfunzionamenti che dovessero derivare da calibrazioni non
correttamente eseguite, che fanno decadere anche la certificazione SIT
del manometro.
La calibrazione consente di corregge al massimo 30% del F.S.
La regolazione del fondo scala viene eseguita tramite una calibrazione per
punti che consente anche di linearizzare il sensore di pressione.
Per quanto riguarda la scala positiva (pressione) è necessario far
apprendere al manometro tutti i punti: P0=0%, P1=20%, P2= 40%,
P3=60%, P4=80%, P5=100% del fondo scala.
Per quanto riguarda la scala negativa (depressione) è necessario far
apprendere al manometro solo il punto P6 a -1bar (la scala negativa
viene gestita in opzione).

This procedure is mentioned by way of documentation but must be
performed by authorized Calibration Centres only and in case of real need.
AEP transducers declines any responsibility for measurements errors or
bad functioning caused by calibrations performed not correctly which
make lose SIT certification of manometer as well.
Calibration allows to correct at max.
Full scale adjustment is performed through a calibration per points which
allows to linearize the pressure sensor too.
Regarding the positive scale (pressure) it is necessary that manometer
learns all the full scale points: P0=0%, P1=20%, P2=40%, P3=60%,
P4=80%, P5=100%.
Regarding the negative scale (vacuum) it is necessary that manometer
learns P6 only which equals to -1bar (vacuum scale is handled as an
option).
