The transients must be limited to max. 0.8 kV on the line side of the drive.
The 24 VDC supply for the control circuit must be protected with an external UL Listed 3 A DC fuse.
A separate 24 VDC power supply protected with an external UL Listed 3 A fuse connected to the output of the
power supply must be used to protect the secondary control circuit (safety relays on X33)
Integral solid state short circuit protection does not provide branch circuit protection. Branch circuit protection
must be provided in accordance with the National Electrical Code and any additional local codes.
